FROM JAPAN, WITH JOY

A little cake.
A whole lot of culture.

Sharing Japan with Canada goes beyond what comes out of our ovens. Through our longstanding relationship with ENTORANCE102, we bring the energy, colour and welcome of Yosakoi dance to Canadian audiences.

Meet ENTORANCE102.

Formed in May 2013, ENTORANCE102 is a Japanese Yosakoi dance team. Its performances bring dancers, music and expressive movement together—a joyful way to introduce Japanese culture and create moments people can share.

Why 102? Ten Two. Tetsu.

The team’s name is pronounced “Ten Two.” For the Uncle Tetsu family, that sound echoes “Tetsu”—a playful connection between the dance team and the familiar name on our cakes.

A welcome at Celebration Square.

Japan Festival CANADA at Mississauga’s Celebration Square brings Japanese culture, food and performance together. ENTORANCE102 has returned for multiple editions, including online appearances, sharing the spirit of Yosakoi with festival audiences.

A festive Toronto chapter.

In 2025, we brought ENTORANCE102 to perform at Toronto’s Santa Claus Parade. Another Canadian stage, another chance to share Japanese culture with families and the wider community.

More than a performance.

Our aim is simple: bring people closer to Japanese culture. A dance, a festival, a shared dessert—each is a warm invitation to discover something new together.
