QHow long is the line usually?

The wait time vary by the hour, but the average wait time is about 15 to 30 minutes.

QWhy is the line always so long?

The number of cakes we can product per hour is limited by our small space and capacity. We are doing our best to be efficient and produce cakes as fast as we can, but we are still unable to meet the popular demand.

QWhat is the best time to come to avoid the big lineup?

We open at 8am and the wait time in the morning is 0 to 5 minutes.

QI have dietary restrictions. What are the ingredients used in your products?

All of our products are baked from all natural premium local ingredients and no additives or preservatives are added. We do not add gelatin, soy, extracts, sesame oil, peanut oil, seafood, or any types of nuts in the products that we presently offer. Our baked goods are not meant to be Halal nor Kosher or gluten-free.

Limitation of the purchase

QWhy is there a quantity limit? What is the limit per customer?

We limit the quantity to one cheesecake per customer due to our limited oven capacity and to make the waiting time shorter. For madeleine, you don’t have to line up nor are you limited on numbers purchased.

QCan I buy two cakes if I’m pregnant? Does my baby count as a customer? Can I buy a cake for my friend/mother/wife who is busy/sick and couldn’t come?

To make it fair for all customers we cannot make any exception to the quantity limit regardless of the circumstances. A baby, even an infant, counts as one customer. But an unborn baby cannot count as a customer. In order to count as one customer, the person has to be in line from the start of the line-up and at the time of purchase.

QI can’t finish one whole cake, can I only buy a slice?

Our Japanese Cheesecake is available as a whole six inch cake only and not in individual slices at this moment.

QWhat methods of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card, debit card and cash.

QDo you accept US dollars?

Unfortunately, we do not accept US dollars.

Storage of the product

QHow do we store the cakes if we cannot eat them right away? How long will they last?

Our Japanese Cheesecakes can stay in room temperature for up to 12 hours. We recommend putting them in the fridge (not freezer) as soon as possible, and they can last in the fridge for up to 3 days. Our Madeleine can stay in room temperature for up to 3 days.
